I feel it's very important to recognize outstanding service that exceeded our expectations from the first day we met with Frank Nati. The time he took to assess our drainage problem and explain exactly what it would take to correct it was clear and concise. He also explained the timeline so we knew when to expect a resolution. We were always in the loop as to what to expect.
On Friday, September 22nd, the crew, Dylan W, Keith H, Zack and Leo arrived early as we expected. What I didn't expect was how courteous, polite and professional they were. Each one introduced themselves and then asked me to walk around the house and pointed out exactly what they were going to do and how they would do it to minimize any disruption to our lawn and flower beds. After a very full day of working in the hot sun they concluded their work but not before asking me to walk around the house to make sure their work was satisfactory which was more than satisfactory. After cleaning up, including sweeping the street, each workman came across the street where I was chatting with a neighbor to say good bye and wish me a good weekend. Today, Septembeer 29th Dylan and Keith returned to complete the area around the bubbler as National Grid had to repair a line to the street light. Working in the pouring rain they did a great job and were polite and pleasant though they were soaking wet.
If possible I would like a copy of this letter be placed in any personnel files recognizing the outstanding service they provided.
