To all the guys that worked on my house, I only remember Anthony, Dan, Kyle, and Eli. It was a great job you all did at our house! The put in and the cleaning process was excellent!

Dear Mr. Dimaria: I am writing to provide you with feedback regarding a project your company did for me over the past month. My experience was excellent and,as your advertising promotes, you have exceeded my expectations. My initial contact was with Mike Ciocca. He was very professional and explained what was needed and how things would be done in a clear,concise matter and followed up promptly with a written estimate. The project was two parts:installation of 8 piers and rebuild a side garage wall. Pier installation began on 8/28/17 and was completed  9/5/17. Your foreman,Scot, clearly explained what they were going to do and kept me informed as the work progressed and patiently answered any questions. He and his crew were very professional and friendly and made me very comfortable. The wall rebuild began 9/18/17 and  was completed 9/27/17. once again, I was impressed with your foreman,Josh, and how he explained things and kept me informed. Both crews were very hard workers who were friendly and considerate,kept the job site clean and allowed me to show my 2 year old  grandson the Bobcats,dump trucks,and various activities going on. The final component was the repair of my lawn and restoring dirt around my foundation. Here, once again I met another real professional,Louie.He and his crew restored things as if they were working on their own property. They were very friendly and explained what was being done and provided an excellent finishing touch to things. Others I interacted with also were a pleasure to deal with. Chris,in scheduling, kept me advised as work was being planned and explained any delays. Sherri,in Accounting, was very accommodating in processing my payments and professionally handled my requests and concerns. As you can see,I was very impressed with every employee of your company whom I had contact with. You have done an excellent job hiring high quality individuals who represent your company very well. I just want to say how happy we are with our basement repair.  Victor and his crew were wonderful.  Their work looks attractive and he left our premises very neat and orderly, spotless is a better word. They worked until nearly 7 o'clock last night in order to complete the project.  Chris at your company kept us informed regarding the timetable so that we knew when our job was scheduled to be done and completed. Your other crew headed by, I think Tony, was also excellent.  They initiated the project a few weeks ago and Victor and his crew completed it yesterday. Also a word for Ray Smith, our salesperson.  He was very nice in explaining all that was required to repair our problem in our basement near our Bilco outside basement door. We would certainly recommend Franks Basement.  I am a realtor so now I will be able to speak well of your company to potential clients.
