Our basement water problem has gotten worse over the last couple of years and we finally decided to address it. We contacted Frank's a couple of months ago and arranged for a site inspection and estimate.
Our first contact was with Ray Smith. Ray visited our home and thoroughly examined our basement and then described, in great detail, a remediation plan and gave us an estimate. We felt very comfortable dealing with Ray, he has a great personality. We also felt that he was very honest and we immediately trusted him.
The crew, led by Anthony, arrived on Monday morning August 14, and immediately went to work. I was home for the entire week while the work was being done. Not only did I observe a very hard working crew all week, but Anthony kept me informed as well. He let me know what would be happening each day, pointed out any issues that arose, and in general kept me informed.
There was a problem with a broken tile on the entryway floor, which Anthony brought to my attention. He apologized profusely, and also began the process to address this problem right away. I appreciated his honesty in bringing this to my attention.
The crew worked very hard each day and cleaned up at the end of the day, which we also appreciated.
The work was completed on Friday evening, August 18, at about 6:00PM, Anthony then took the time to again walk me through everything that had been done.
Jeremy arrived, as scheduled, on Monday morning, and reconnected the washer, dryer, and stationary tubs. Jeremy, just like everyone else we dealt with at Frank's, was very friendly and professional.
Although the the tile repair is pending we are very confident that it will be done to our satisfaction.
In short, our experience with Frank's has been very positive from start to finish. I think this is due, largely, to the professionalism and hard work of the employees. We would not hesitate to recommend Frank's to anyone who needs this type of work done.
