He was very professional and gave me confidence wthat he knew hwo to fix the crack in my wall. He patiently answered my questions and provided an estimate I could live with. Craig came to my house on April 27th to repair the wall. He was also very professional and explained what he was doin every step of the way. He helped me to understand why the previous attempted repair (by another contractor) did not work. He explained why this repair would stop the leak and patiently answered my questions. Just wanted to say thank you to Craig who did an excellent job on my basement this past Friday. He was such a pleasure to have work on my basement as I was not feeling well and extremely tired. I barely heard him coming and going. When he had finished the work before sealing up the space he showed me what he did and did a water test in front of me which left me feeling confident about the repair. Craig is truly a gem of an employee!

I reached out to franks regarding a basement and crawlspace issue I was having and I received a response right away. They were very flexible with my schedule and were able to accommodate my needs. As scheduled quite a while ago, Frank's was to arrive at our house to repair a couple cracks in the basement wall and install a new sump pump back-up system and the two jobs were expected to take two days to complete.  We received a call several days prior to the scheduled work date to verify information and we were given a time frame when workers would arrive on both days. As promised - CRAIG arrived on the first day, on time, and went right to work.  He was very careful to cover all areas with drop cloths and seal off his work area with plastic sheeting.  He was very congenial, and explained to us what he would be doing.   He provided us with updates when he took scheduled breaks.   At the end of the day he informed us what had been done and what he had to complete the next day.  And before he left our home he left the basement work area clean and neat.  We were impressed with his professionalism. The next morning CRAIG returned and went right to work with the efficiency and diligence he demonstrated the previous day.  The second worker, JEREMY, who was the plumber, arrived almost at the same time, as scheduled, and after surveying the area where he would be working and assessing the job at hand he also got right to it.  Despite some tight areas where the wall had to be repaired and one or two unexpected problems with the plumbing, CRAIG and JEREMY were polite, courteous, informative, efficient, at all times professional, and left the areas where they worked actually cleaner than the rest of the basement.  (Now my wife wants me to clean and paint the rest of the basement!)   Thanks Frank's! We would highly recommend Frank's Basement Systems to anyone who needs ANY of the services they offer.  Jobs well done!  Terrific craftsmen!
