I can't say enough about the excellent service I received from the workers of Frank's. They were prompt, courteous, respectful and seemed extremely knowledgeable about the job at hand. The property was left in pristine condition and no one was as hardworking as this crew. When they left, they felt like family. Seriously! Highly recommended!

On August 29 I had a crack in my cellar wall repaired. Besides having it done well I also had a very kind, well mannered, respectful and very competent young man working. He explained every aspect of the repair, answered any questions and showed me the finished work before he cleaned up. I couldn't of cleaned up better. This young man and your employee's name is David Starr. His last name fits him well. These are the kind of employees that make a business what it is. In the future I plan to use mr plumber too. Have some leaky faucets that need to be fixed. And some major work that did not work nor protect me from the last sewerage back up. That's another story.

I am a neat freak, and did not have to pick up anything after the crew did exterior drainage here.

Josh Farnsworth was the technician who called on us. He was extremely likable and professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly and explained it to me very clearly. The work that he did was excellent and done very quickly. I would enthusiastically recommend him to anyone!
