I just want to say how happy we are with our basement repair.  Victor and his crew were wonderful.  Their work looks attractive and he left our premises very neat and orderly, spotless is a better word. They worked until nearly 7 o'clock last night in order to complete the project.  Chris at your company kept us informed regarding the timetable so that we knew when our job was scheduled to be done and completed. Your other crew headed by, I think Tony, was also excellent.  They initiated the project a few weeks ago and Victor and his crew completed it yesterday. Also a word for Ray Smith, our salesperson.  He was very nice in explaining all that was required to repair our problem in our basement near our Bilco outside basement door. We would certainly recommend Franks Basement.  I am a realtor so now I will be able to speak well of your company to potential clients.

Your drainage expert came on a day when the lawn was extremely wet. He listened to our concerns and after, he designed a plan. He met with both my husband and self to go over our plan for drainage and cost. The crew was very professional, everything was explained and they took the time to answer questions. Mike C. listened to our concerns and came up with a reasonable, affordable plan. Your mason worked over two days and explained every step. The plumber installed the Sani-Dry unit and explained its use.  The basement where the work was performed was cleaner than ever. Attitude was great. You really listened to us. Very professional and knowledgeable and excellent work. The women who answered the phone when I call were a major reason why I was willing to schedule an estimate. They were very personable and knowledgeable and excellent at their jobs - UNCOMMONLY SO!
