I just wanted to praise the four men who worked on fixing the leaking in our basement last Friday, December 16, 2016. We had some rain and thawing over the weekend after they did the work and not a drop of water. It is such a relief to not have to worry about putting towels down or having to worry after every time it rains. Additionally, they were all very polite and explained the work that they were doing as they made progress. Thank you again and Happy Holidays!

I just wanted to let you know what a wonderful job Creig P. did fixing the crack in my basement wall on February 21st and 22nd. He was on time, friendly, took his time to explain everything and cleaned up any mess that was made. I would say that he represented your company in a positive manner. Thanks again.

Today Craig came over and fixed a large crack in our basement wall. He was very friendly and explained the whole process to us. He showed what the previous owners did to fix the crack before and what materials he was going to use to fix it. I wanted to let Frank and the staff know how impressed I was with Leo, Tony and their team that installed drainage in my basement.  They were very professional and conscientious of making it minimally impacting on my family.  They kept the dirt to a minimum, and they whole crew appeared to enjoy what they were doing.  The one worker commented how he loves his job and I would attribute much of that to the team camaraderie and what I assume must be excellent management.  They were a very hardworking and honest crew and you should feel privileged that they are under your employ, I imagine that it is not easy to find and retain good reliable help.  The follow up plumbing work was equally as impressive, he was eager to share his expertise and help me get more familiar with the plumbing in my house as he completed the job.  I don't know how these men are compensated, but treat them well, their professionalism and work ethic will bring you much more work as I recommend your services to others!   Thanks for a great experience in what could have been a very intrusive project!   Sincerely, Rob E.

 Dave & Leo and their associates installed a bubble line and connected existing downspouts , they were effective and efficient in completing their tasks. I am completely satisfied with their work as I am with the heating & plumbing associates. Crew did great work! Very happy with work that was done.

On December 14 and 15, I had your company repair cracks in my basement walls. I would like to report that the team of Craig & Anthony did an excellent job, more than meeting my expectations. I am the type of person who tries to understand what is happening with the work. Craig periodically called me to the basement so that I could see how the job was progressing and took the time to thoroughly explain why and what had been accomplished to that time.  I just wanted to say a few words about how happy I am with the work that Frank’s did on my basement.  Anthony and his crew are some of the most hardest working, conscientious guys that I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with.   I am a single woman who lives alone.  Also, I am a full time caregiver to my elderly mother who is very ill.  Needless to say, when Frank’s told me they were going to begin the work on my house, I couldn’t even imagine how I could take care of mom and have my basement repaired.  When I explained my situation to Anthony, he explained to me how he would proceed with my basement rehab.  I am not the type of person who lets strangers stay in my house while I’m not home, but Anthony assured me that he’d make sure that everything would be safe and he’d contact me if he needed me. His honest candor, knowledge base and strong work ethic really put me at ease.  His crew are pretty nice guys too.  They did an awesome job and trained me on preventive maintenance as well.
