I wanted to let Frank and the staff know how impressed I was with Leo, Tony and their team that installed drainage in my basement.  They were very professional and conscientious of making it minimally impacting on my family.  They kept the dirt to a minimum, and they whole crew appeared to enjoy what they were doing.  The one worker commented how he loves his job and I would attribute much of that to the team camaraderie and what I assume must be excellent management.  They were a very hardworking and honest crew and you should feel privileged that they are under your employ, I imagine that it is not easy to find and retain good reliable help.  The follow up plumbing work was equally as impressive, he was eager to share his expertise and help me get more familiar with the plumbing in my house as he completed the job.  I don't know how these men are compensated, but treat them well, their professionalism and work ethic will bring you much more work as I recommend your services to others!   Thanks for a great experience in what could have been a very intrusive project!   Sincerely, Rob E.

 Dave & Leo and their associates installed a bubble line and connected existing downspouts , they were effective and efficient in completing their tasks. On December 14 and 15, I had your company repair cracks in my basement walls. I would like to report that the team of Craig & Anthony did an excellent job, more than meeting my expectations. I am the type of person who tries to understand what is happening with the work. Craig periodically called me to the basement so that I could see how the job was progressing and took the time to thoroughly explain why and what had been accomplished to that time.  I just wanted to say a few words about how happy I am with the work that Frank’s did on my basement.  Anthony and his crew are some of the most hardest working, conscientious guys that I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with.   I am a single woman who lives alone.  Also, I am a full time caregiver to my elderly mother who is very ill.  Needless to say, when Frank’s told me they were going to begin the work on my house, I couldn’t even imagine how I could take care of mom and have my basement repaired.  When I explained my situation to Anthony, he explained to me how he would proceed with my basement rehab.  I am not the type of person who lets strangers stay in my house while I’m not home, but Anthony assured me that he’d make sure that everything would be safe and he’d contact me if he needed me. His honest candor, knowledge base and strong work ethic really put me at ease.  His crew are pretty nice guys too.  They did an awesome job and trained me on preventive maintenance as well. Your company installed a new drain tile system in my full basement just weeks ago. Please acknowledge and compliment ALL the young men who worked so hard on this project. I could clearly see that this type of project is messy, tedious and exhausting! In spite of all this, Dave and his crew carried on each day with the most personable and pleasant attitudes. They were a pleasure to have around. They all worked very hard on a regular basis every single day and worked great together as a team. They were prompt, communicative, neat and organized. It must take real self discipline and dedication to one’s job to this type of work! Please especially compliment them for me again! My experience with Frank’s began with Rick Pilarski. He was especially clear in explaining the nature of the job and what to expect. In addition, he promptly answered any questions I had along the way. In spite of a scheduling issue I had grumbled about, he remained personable and willing to help. I was very happy with my dealings with Rick and will absolutely recommend him to others. Chris and Kim were a pleasure to speak with each and every time regarding scheduling, etc. Jeremy handled all of our plumbing issues professionally, quickly and neatly. Overall, I am very impressed with the employees I dealt with through my project. It is very refreshing in this day and age to deal with a business that has its act together with a respectful, professional and personable staff. It was clear from the beginning that he knew exactly what needed to be done to correct these wall cracks. It was a messy job as he had to break up concrete so water could go to the drain tiles, and not onto our basement floor. Once he was done, he took special care to clean up the debris and clear the floor rug. So far, my wife and I are very pleased with the results.
