They took the time and  answered my questions.  They finished on Wed. Nov 22.  When I got home and went in the basement, it was like nobody ever worked down there.  It was neat and clean, I didn't have to do anything but move things back in place.  Will recommend Frank's to anyone that had the problem I did.

You did a lot of work for us: Clean Space liner, Sani Dry unit, main beam replacements, smart jacks, supplemental support beam and drain line replacement.  I heard about you through our local home show. Mike is an excellent drainage specialist who's thorough and fair. From a customer standpoint it is most appreciated when the sales person takes pride in the job himself to make sure the customer is genuinley happy before, during and after the job. For this reason, I will consider Frank's on my upcoming insulation and main drain replacement projects.
