When I had my basement drainage and SaniDry system installed, your team was a hardworking, knowledgeable crew who did a great job and had excellent cleanup. I was confident the work was done right.

I had a foundation crack that needed to be repaired. The repair man was very professional and easy to talk to and ask questions.

Shawn and Bob were very polite and did very neat work replacing the pipe in our bubbler system. In fact I called the next day to report how please I was.

So far, I have had three occasions to use Frank's. The first was two years ago when we had drainage work done in our basement. Javi was the crew chief and was just wonderful to deal with, along with the rest of his crew. They were efficient yet very personable. We also had a new gas line installed for our pool last year. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the name of the young man who did the work but he was also very nice to deal with. Today, Brian did a routine inspection of our sump pump. He was not only extremely courteous and friendly, but very thorough in explaining things to me. Kudos to Frank's for hiring people who not only know how to do the work but are also friendly and personable to the customer. That means a lot. I'll continue to recommend your company to others.

This is to let everyone at Frank's know how very pleased we are with the exceptional service provided by Craig over the last couple of days.  He has once again shown himself to be prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and diligent. We say "once again " because he provided the same service for us about 10 years ago, and we were impressed with him back then, even to the point of remembering his name. We aren't sure that there was a Rave program back them, but if there had been, we would've commended Craig then as well. Maybe Frank will allow that occasion to count retroactively.

Just wanted to drop you a short note. I have gone with Frank's a couple of times since your salesperson, Ray S. has done a very nice job explaining what I need and then followed through. I needed Frank's help again for my parents' house (which I am selling). Once again you came through. Craig was an excellent representative and explained everything. Not only is he a nice guy, but he did a great job. Can't say enough about your employees!

We are pleased with the work we had done in our basement under David S's supervision. All the guys worked as a team, were very polite to us, cleaned up after themselves. We would surly  pass on the reputation of Franks.

Just wanted to let the company know that the crew who worked on my basement and outside my home at 47 Surrey Circle, were wonderful. They arrived on time every day, were very professional, and explained what they would be doing on that particular day. They cleaned up every day and at the end of the project, I believe his name was Leo, walked me through everything they did, explaining how to maintain the new equipment. He also told me not to hesitate to call if I had questions. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Your crew just finished up working on the waterproofing in my basement.  They answered any questions I asked and explained things as they were moving along with the project.  They were very friendly and didn't mind me interrupting them to help me understand what they were working on at the time.  What a great crew!  They worked well together and cleaned up every day before they left the site.  I will recommend Frank's to my friends and family. On September 20th, we had a sump pump installed and three cracks repaired in the basement in Tonawanda.  I would like to let you know that from the time we had an estimate for the work until through final clean up we couldn't have been more pleased. Kevin Bechloff provided the estimate.  Everything was provided in a timely and accurate manner. If I had a question that he didn't know the answer to, he found out and was able to provide me with the information within a day. Scott Scarcello and his crew of Mike Barnes and Rich Gainsworth completed the actual work.  It was done efficiently, professionally and I believe the area was left cleaner than they found it.  The work was thoroughly explained upon completion.  The whole team took pride in their work and it showed.  If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.   Regards, Jennifer H.
