When Jim C. noticed ground water in his basement, he thought to call Frank's Basement Systems for help. Our crew installed a Trench Drain system to effectively channel all ground water seepage directly to Jim's sump pump. Jim will no longer notice ground water seepage around his Bilco doors!

This Hamburg basement is now permanently waterproofed. The CleanSpace antimicrobial sheets on the wall will prevent moisture from entering through the walls and the patented WaterGuard drainage system will keep water under the floor.

Crawl spaces with dirt floors are prone to flooding. Without an interior drainage, it will be a recurring problem. Thanks to a new system with encapsulation, this crawlspace is permanently protected.
