Caleb C. noticed water leaking into his basement from the crevice where the floor and wall met, and decided to call the waterproofing experts at Frank's Basement Systems for help. Our crew went in and installed our patented WaterGuard drainage system as well as our durable CleanSpace wall barrier to keep his basement protected for years to come.

This sump pump was not in the best place for this Buffalo home. A new sump in a new location will be more effective at removing water from the basement than the old system.

A few of the foundations we come across are unfortunately beyond a simple repair. In cases like this one, a completely new wall was needed!
