When Katy B. noticed a crack in her basement foundation wall leaking water, she decided to call the experts at Frank's Basements for help. Our crew went out to Katy's home in Buffalo, New York, and first, sealed the crack with our Xypex solution, then installed our patented drainage system to keep any water from touching her basement floor again.

Since stair-step cracks are a key indicator of a larger foundational issue with the home, our crew came in and installed several I-Beams to straighten out the wall to its original place. Over time and with annual maintenance, these I-Beams can be adjusted so that the walls return to their original position!
