When Andrea, from Youngstown, New York, called into Frank's Basement Systems due to a leak in her basement, our team responded right away! Our crew went out to Andrea's home and installed our patented WaterGuard drainage system to channel any future water seepage straight to her sump pump.

These potential new home buyers were considering a new home in Youngstown until they noticed a significant crack extending from the ceiling down to the floor. They knew Frank’s Basement Systems had a dedicated Real Estate Response Team ready to come out and help them fix the crack before they moved forward with buying the house. To not only repair the crack but to stop any water from coming in down the line, the Team used a Xypex repair system. This seals the crack and smooths the surrounding area, resulting in a clean and flush finish on the wall.

Over the repaired crack, a panel of BrightWall® is placed, and the WaterGuard® drainage system is placed just below. These two systems work together, so if water seeps in from the walls, the BrightWall will help direct the moisture down to the WatergGuard to flow to the sump pump. Now, these new homeowners have the peace of mind of knowing that the crack is not just fixed but also protected against any water issues!
