The first part of Joe's solution was to repair the cracks in the poured wall. Xypex was applied to the six cracks to seal out water leaks. Next was the installation of 90 feet of SmartPipe drainage and a SmartSump sump pump system. These systems work together to collect and remove water from the crawl space. Dimpled drainage matting and a CleanSpace vapor barrier were installed across the floor and walls of the crawl space to seal out moisture and prevent water from pooling.
These systems together will keep Joe's crawl space clean and dry for years to come.
