Once our crew installed both I-Beams along Olivia's wall, they smoothed down the cement to make her basement floor level once again.
Uneven Floor
Our crew had to dig out Olivia's uneven floor to make it level again.
I-Beams
After filling in this hole with cement, our crew laid down two i-beams to combat any bowing from the wall, but also make the foundation wall of Olivia's basement more structurally sound.
No More Sinking
With the I-Beams in place and a new coating of cement, Olivia's floor will never sink again. If it does, our I-Beams can be tightened with annual maintenance to correct it!
SmartJacks
To replace Olivia's rusted support posts, our crew installed four of our SmartJack steel support beams. Olivia can now feel confident in her home's support system!
