Before
Karen noticed that her basement wall started cracking due to bowing around the middle of her wall.
Existing Sump Pump
Karen had an existing sump pump that worked effectively, but she did not have any drain tile around the perimeter of her basement to properly channel water seepage to the sump pump.
I-Beam Installation
Our crew installed several i-beams along Karen's wall as well as a perimeter drainage system underneath!
Zinc-Coated
All of our i-beams are coated in a layer of Zinc, so they will never get rusty. They also take up minimal space in the basement.
