TerraBlock Floor Panels
Once the SilverGlo wall panels were installed, we placed our TerraBlock insulated foam panels on the floor. Although not shown, these 3/8-inch foam panels allow the homeowner to move safely and comfortably around their crawl space.
Before
This homeowner wanted their dirt floor crawl space completely encapsulated, allowing for a usable storage area.
Drainage Matting
Our crew first laid down our drainage matting, a porous covering designed to channel any ground water seepage to the crawl space's sump pump.
SilverGlo
Once our drainage matting was installed, it was time to put up our graphite-infused SilverGlo insulated wall panels. These wall panels are covered in foil and attached directly to the wall, offering maximum energy efficiency, since air from the walls cannot get in and heat will circulate around the crawl space.
CleanSpace Liner
Lastly, our crew installed our white, durable, polyurethane CleanSpace liner. This liner completely seals off the crawl space from the outside world, not to mention that it also acts as a vapor barrier so that moisture and humidity will never pass through.
