The Flooring
Since all of our products are designed to work together cohesively, laying down our patented Elite Plank flooring was no problem! These floor planks are made with an insulated material, making the floors of this homeowner's basement up to 10- degrees warmer than the ambient temperature.
At The Beginning

Waterproofed
Our crew came in and waterproofed his basement with our patented WaterGuard drainage system. This system will never grow mold or rot due to its inorganic structure and will look nearly invisible once installed!
SuperSump Sump Pump
We channeled this homeowner's drainage system to our SuperSump Plus sump pump system, which contains a 1/3 horsepower cast-iron Zoeller pump, capable of removing about 2,240 gallons of water from the basement per hour.
Annual Maintenance
