Terry, a homeowner in East Aurora, NY, called in when she noticed water leaking into her basement from the bottom blocks of her cinderblock walls. She had an existing sump pump, but it did not function properly. Our experts went out to Terry's home and installed a full perimeter waterproofing system with our patented WaterGuard drainage leading to our SuperSump Plus sump pump system. Lastly, we patched the bottom of Terry's walls with our durable CleanSpace liner, ensuring that any future water seepage gets funneled directly into her drainage system.

Before

When our Service Manager, Chuck, first got to Terry's home, he could see the dampness from where the water leaked into Terry's basement. He knew that there was standing water on the opposite side of the wall.

SuperSump Plus

Our SuperSump Plus contains a 1/3 horsepower cast-iron Zoeller pump, which is capable of removing water at a rate of 2,240 gallons per hour from the basement.

CleanSpace

Our white, durable CleanSpace liner consists of a seven-layer polyurethane film, which prevents rips and tears. It also acts as a vapor barrier due to its inorganic structure, making it not susceptible to mold growth or water damage.
