Breaking the Floor
While basement waterproofing is a home construction project, it is not as invasive and disruptive as you might think. Only a few inches of the floor are removed for the WaterGuard installation.
One Bucket At A Time
Concrete is removed in buckets to prepare for WaterGuard installation. It's tough, messy work, but our crews are the best!
Perimeter Drain
WaterGuard is installed around the perimeter of the basement at the base of the walls. Water from the floors, walls, and windows will be collected in our patented drain system and directed toward the sump pump.
Sump Pump Installation
Hearing jackhammers in your basement can be unnerving, especially when the sump pump hole is dug. Our patented sump pump liner and stands ensure you will never need to replace the liner.
Immovable Objects
Our crews can work around most objects like stairs, furnaces, hot water heaters, and appliances without difficulty.
BrightWall
BrightWall is antimicrobial, easy to clean wall panels that will both waterproof your walls and limit mold growth.
Clean Seams
BrightWall is designed to both trap water coming through the walls and give a clean look to any basement.
Almost Done!
Once the WaterGuard has been placed and the BrightWall is installed, all that's left is to close the floor with concrete and sweep up!
