Michael Ciocca's presentation was thorough, answered all of my questions, insisted on putting everything in writing (leaving nothing to the imagination) and had an estimate that wound up beating other estimates in the end)

The Cleanup Process
Reconnected dryer, relocated sump pump outlet, cleaned mortar off of beams, cleaned up, swept up......I gave a grade of 4, maybe because I 'm a clean freak and there Was a lot of dust and that's probably to be expected)
