We are new homeowners and were having issues with our sump pump. We called Frank's (who originally installed the pump and the basement waterproofing) and they were able to find the problem and install a new pump for us right on the spot after learning the old one was shot. Noah was SO helpful and took the time to explain our options, as well as showed us how the pump works and operates so we can look out for any future issues. He also took a look at the pipe that ran from our house to the drain in our yard - saw a minor leak issue and immediately fixed it by putting on a new connector. We can't recommend Frank's enough and will definitely keep them in mind for any future home projects!
