Job review from Robert in Amherst, NY 14226 on 07/28/14

They did a great job! It's rained once since the work was completed and the yard is dry. YAY! Would have rated a five if the work would have been completed in 4 consecutive days instead of over the course of a week and a half.

Overall communication was great. They showed us what was being done. There was on slip up in communication where we were promised a callback that didn't happen which led to a minor scheduling conflict. We also didn't know when the work was going to be finished. It would have been nice to get more updates as the dates changed due to weather and other obligations

Since some of the sod sat for 1.5 weeks, it's a little dead looking, although it appears to be coming back now since it rained recently.
