When Nate P. from Alden, NY, noticed water leaking into his basement whenever it rained, he called the experts at Frank's Basements for help. Our Design Specialist, Russell, noticed that Nate's existing drainage system was rusted and clogged, causing the water to back up and flood his basement. With supervision from our Foreman, Larry, our crew installed a new perimeter drainage system with our patented WaterGuard leading to our SuperSump sump pump. Nate can now have peace of mind with a dry basement.
