Photo Album: Basement Waterproofing in Cheektowaga, NY

Homeowner Karen, from Cheektowaga, NY, met up with us at the Buffalo Home Show looking for basement waterproofing as well as a solution for the musty smell in her basement. Our crew came in and installed our patented WaterGuard perimeter drainage system leading to our SuperSump Plus sump pump system, as well as panels of BrightWall to cover the walls.

This homeowner wanted their basement waterproofed after noticing their windows would leak water whenever it rained or snowed.

Installing Drainage

Our crew of experts installed our patented WaterGuard drainage system along the floor and wall joist, channeling any water seepage directly to their sump pump.

Sump Pump Install

Our crew installed a SuperSump Plus sump pump system, capable of removing up to 2,600 gallons of water from the basement per hour. This sump pump also goes about 2 feet deep, and contains two types of holes: 1) 100 3/8-inch inlet holes, allowing for ground water seepage, and 2) 2 larger holes, allowing for our drainage system.

BrightWall Wall Panels

On top this homeowner's water issue, they also noticed a musty smell coming into their basement. This is remedied with our patented BrightWall Wall Paneling, which acts as a vapor barrier to prevent odors, water vapor, and moisture from coming through!
