This project was incredible as we completely transformed this homeowners unfinished basement. She called in and wanted to not just waterproof her basement, but create a space that was livable and finished. She already had a sump pump, but upon inspection we noticed that it was old and no longer servicable for the long term future. Our crew came in and installed perimeter drainage with our patented WaterGuard, a SuperSump sump pump system, and a SaniDry Sedone to keep the humidity out. Then, we installed BrightWall wall panels to ensure that no moisture would ever come through the walls. To finish up this exciting job, we laid out Brown ElitePlank flooring, finishing this basement into a livable space.
