This unfinished basement faced water leaks and seepage during intense rainfall. Upon inspecting the drain tile, it became evident that the system was backing up and clogged. Our team solved the issue by installing a new sump pump system and an interior drainage system along the perimeter of the basement. This system effectively gathers water accumulating behind or beneath the foundation, directing it away through a discharge line to maintain a dry basement.
