Absorbent Foam
Part of the FlexiSpan system is an absorbent layer of foam to trap any water coming through the crack. The small drywell below the crack allows the water to flow down below the floor or into a drainage system.

Nearly Finished
Once the last layer of polyurethane is dry, the drywell is backfilled and closed up with concrete.
