We are looking to add installers, service technicians, sales representatives, and appointment center representatives to our team. What do each of those positions do?

Installers will:

• Load trucks in preparation for the job site.
• Perform installation duties according to company-approved methods, standards and timetables.
• Uses safe methods when handling tools and equipment.
• Supports the management and mission of Frank's Basement Systems.

Service Technicians will:

• Drive to customers’ homes to meet with them for pre-scheduled appointments to perform an annual maintenance on an existing system or follow-up on warranty issues. 
• Examine work done by our company and determine if there is a potential problem to be remedied.
• Complete all paperwork/data entry and follow-up communication required for the appointment.
• Follow all job specifications, quality standards, and safety guidelines when installing a product for a customer. 
• Follow through with customers until all issues are resolved.

Sales Representatives will:

• Travel to prospects homes and inspect their basement, crawl space, and/or foundation.
• Provide a written estimate and options for repairs.
• Work with structural engineers to create accurate drawings and diagrams for necessary repairs.
• Use our proven presentation and sales process to fully understand each homeowners concerns and address them appropriately. 
• Follow up with customers throughout the installation process to ensure satisfaction.

Appointment Center Representatives will:

• Take inbound calls from prospective customers to schedule new appointments or reschedule appointments.
• Make outbound calls for internet leads that come through via web portal and email.
• Perform at or above goal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of the department for conversion of leads to appointments.
• Follow company provided scripts for answering a lead's questions and obtaining all necessary information to schedule a sales appointment.
• Complete routine filing and general office functions
