The Women of Frank's Basement Systems
It started in June 2020 when Elizabeth Anderson was hired in the marketing department. She is now the Marketing Coordinator and runs all advertising and marketing activities, including internet and print advertising, internal programs, and tracking and planning. The company has seen double digit improvement in their lead generation since Elizabeth came on board.
Next was Julia Tyson as a stand-alone recruiting department. Her successful hiring has been instrumental to the explosive growth of the company. She has also worked diligently to improve hiring and onboarding processes and employee retention as well as keeping up to date on ever changing COVID-19 regulations.
Dimitra Sergakis joined the team in September was recently promoted to Service Coordinator. Within a few months of starting with the company, she tripled the number of annual maintenance visits the service department ran from past years. In her new role, she manages three service technicians and is spearheading improvement of the customer experience.
Kim Swiatek was brought on board as the Sales Manager in October. With 11 salesmen reporting to her, Kim has improved the department’s closing rate and average dollar per sale, leading to the first $1M sales month in company history during what is normally one of the slowest times of year.
AnnMarie Knobloch is the most recent addition to the Frank’s leadership team. She came on board in January and got to work immediately overhauling the Appointment Center. She brought the department’s conversion rate up higher than it had been in years. She has continued that trend while training an additional representative.
Women in the construction world are hard to come by, not to mention women running and improving operations. Something truly incredible is going on at Frank's Basement Systems.
