Wet, cracked and bowing walls

Challenge

This job was a big one involving a wall with more serious fractures. Years of water damage created a lack of structural integrity causing the walls of this basement to crack and bow. This job required Carbon Armor Bands, and Frank's own epoxy injection method in order to preserve the structural integrity of the wall.

The walls are now sound but in order to stop future damage, the water needed to be stopped from entering the basement. We installed an interior water drainage system along the side of the wall and added a new sump pump to protect from water build-up. This system drains the water and carries it through the bubbler system into the main drainage system at the street level.

This customer was worried that they were looking at replacing the wall, but called Frank's in the nick of time and not only saved a ton of money, but recieved a lifetime, transferable guarantee in writing!
